Renee’s journey took place from March 26 to April 1, when London was transitioning into spring. While spring can bring unpredictable rain, they were fortunate enough to have sunny weather throughout their entire stay. Daytime temperatures ranged from the low 60s to low 70s, with chilly evenings. Renee wisely packed layers and rain gear, knowing how quickly the weather can change in London.
For transportation, they arrived via train from the airport to London and then took a taxi from the station to their hotel. They also used trains, taxis, and Uber to get around, but their favorite mode of transport was walking—arguably the best way to truly see and experience any city, especially one as vibrant as London.
London’s dining scene is as diverse as the city itself. Renee and her daughter explored the city’s rich food culture, from Michelin-starred restaurants to casual neighborhood spots. Here are some of their highlights:
Gymkhana: An Indian Michelin-starred restaurant that took their culinary adventure to new heights with its innovative flavors and elegant atmosphere.
Pubs: A quintessential experience in London, enjoying classic pub meals and a lively atmosphere.

Renee’s itinerary was packed with cultural and historic experiences. Highlights of her trip included:
