This was by far the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. I paid one of the highest prices expecting premium service, but instead I received a ticket with extremely restrictive conditions—I couldn’t change my flight, couldn’t get a refund, and was never informed of these limitations before purchasing. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Every time I asked for help, no one was willing to assist me or provide a reasonable solution. The staff showed no concern for their customers and offered no meaningful support. I feel completely misled and disappointed. Paying premium prices should come with premium service, not hidden restrictions and terrible customer support. I will never use this agency again, and I strongly advise others to avoid booking with them.

The Romantic Road

In the post-war times, Germany was desperate to rebuild a tourism industry, which gave birth to the idea of the formal “route,” which was created in 1950.

Be warned that the route is quite touristy and can get pretty busy during the summer months, but it’s one of the most authentic German experiences you can take in.
